Attendee Registration (IEEE Members & Non-Members, IEEE-Student Members & Non-Members, IEEE Life Members):

Payment of the overall conference registration fee will provide an attendee with access to:

• All plenary sessions
• All oral and poster sessions
• Sunday Welcome Reception
• 10 x coffee breaks and 5 x lunch breaks
• Possibility to visit the events Woman in Engineering and Young Professional Symposium

(Additional items like night out & award dinner can be booked separately) 

Companion Full Registration:

Companions may register for the conference to participate in conference events and will receive an identification badge. Payment of the companion registration fee provides a companion with access to:

• Sunday Welcome Reception
• 10 x coffee breaks and 5 x lunch breaks
• Possibility to visit the events Woman in Engineering and Young Professional Symposium

(Additional items like night out & award dinner can be booked separately) 

Companion Light Registration:

Additional Exhibitor Registration:

Limited exhibitor Registration tickets are included in the exhibitor packages. Additional Exhibitor Registration could be booked seperately and include:

Additional Fees

Cancellation policies

Due to the General Terms and Conditions of KIT for the Registration for Events cancellations or rebookings made in writing to event∂kit.edu at least 21 calendar (till May 24, 2025) days prior to the start of the event shall result in a total exemption from the participation fee.

If participation is cancelled 20 or less calendar days prior to the start of the event or if the participant fails to appear, the full participation fee shall become due.
