Student Travel Grants

A limited number of student travel grants are available to encourage student IEEE members to attend PPPS 2025. For those students selected the grant will provide complimentary conference registration.

Only "First Author" abstracts submitted by students are eligible for travel grants. Moreover, the abstract should be original (not published elsewhere).

Applicants should submit the following information by April 15, 2025.

•  Copy of submitted abstract

•  IEEE student membership number

•  A letter of recommendation from the student's advisor, stating the importance of the research to be presented.

Create a single merged PDF file containing all the application material and e-mail it to info∂ppps2025.kit.edu and with the subject line "PPPS 2025 Student Travel Grant Application".
