PPPS participants will easily reach the Estrel Berlin thanks to its convenient location and ideal transportation connections by car or when using public transport.

Highway access is only 1.5 kilometres away, and the distance to the Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is 13km. The Sonnenallee S-Bahn commuter train station can be reached on foot in only three minutes, and a bus stop and taxi rank are located right in front of the hotel.

Conference registration does not include hotel accommodations.

Estrel Hotel provide following group rate IEEE PPPS2025 participants:

  • € 148,00 per standard single room and night plus city tax* (excluding breakfast € 25,00)
  • € 160,00 per standard double room and night plus city tax* (excluding breakfast € 25,00)

Participants who will stay till June 21st there is a seperate room block for the extra night from June 20th till June 21st available here. See the group rate below:

The Estrel Hotel is the recommended hotel for lodging as we have negotiated a very low group rate and the meeting space is directly connected to the hotel.

 

*As of January 1st 2014, all guests are required to pay the city of Berlin’s Accommodation Tax in the amount of 5% of the net room rate plus 7% value added tax (VAT) additionally to the contracted room rates.
Business-related overnight stays are no longer exempt from this tax. The city tax is to be understood additional to the room rates above:
  • € 7,40 per standard single room and night
  • € 8,00 per standard double room and night.
