* Each single stand measures 3 m x 3 m, and each double stand measures 6 m x 3 m. Each stand includes a back wall, a table, two chairs, a waste bin, a single-line company sign, and a power outlet (suitable for laptops, small exhibits). If increased power consumption is required for specific exhibits, separate coffee machines, etc., this must be requested in advance.

Further equipment can be booked separately at ESTREL. A link to the webshop will be provided beginning 2025. Also additional exhibitor booth staff registration can be booked beginning 2025

The PPPS 2025 exhibition will take place in Convention Hall 1, in sections B/C/D. The graphic below shows the location of the plenary session and the meeting rooms, all of which are in close proximity to the exhibition area. All coffee breaks and lunch will be held within the exhibition area, so the exhibition stands should be staffed during these times. The poster session will take place within Foyer 3, as well as in Convention Hall 1, section B/C/D and attendees have the opportunity to visit the exhibition booths.

Assignment of booths will be done on a first come, first served basis determined by the receipt date of the registration. Exhibitors are encouraged to visit the conference website for updates and assignments which will be kept as up-to-date as possible. After filling out the Exhibitor registration form (IEEE Pulsed Power and Plasma Science Conference (PPPS 2025) - Exhibitor & Sponsors (ungerboeck.net)), you will receive a contract from KIT Karlsruhe Institute of Technology host of PPPS 2025.

Vendors are expected to have at least one Exhibitor at their booth during the exhibit hours listed above.

Food and beverages will be served in the Exhibition area to promote significant interfacing with attendees for showcasing your company’s products and solutions. These events include the Sunday night Get together as well as a morning break, a lunch break and an afternoon break for each of the five days of the main conference events. Our objective is to be sure that all attendees have ample opportunity to view the booths and interact with you during the overall conference.
