Please limit the abstract length to 300 words.

Following the ICOPS tradition, all conference abstracts will be published on IEEE Xplore

Following the PPC tradition, all authors that submit an abstract to the conference are encouraged to submit a paper for the conference proceedings. For regular contributions the paper should not exceed two pages in length (similar to an ´extended abstract´). For publication in the proceedings, it is required that the content of the submitted paper is presented by the author or one co-author, as poster or oral talk at the conference. More details will be provided later.

As per ICOPS tradition and considering the size of these conference, two special refereed issues of IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science will be published based on the papers presented at the conference. The authors of plenary, invited, and selected Fusion-Workshop talks (by the invitation from the organizers) will be invited to submit the manuscripts to IEEE-TPS. More details will be provided later.
